Role Overview

TapClicks is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Partnerships & Marketplace

Programs to lead the development, onboarding, and ongoing optimization of TapClicks’ Partner

Program across all partner types — including technology integration partners, resellers,

referral partners, and strategic alliances.

This role will own the end-to-end partner onboarding experience and serve as the central

point of coordination for partner enablement, go-to-market (GTM) alignment, and partner

monetization through the TapClicks Marketplace. The ideal candidate will excel at working

cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to create a

seamless and scalable partner journey, driving both partner satisfaction and revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

Partner Program Design & Management

● Own the holistic TapClicks Partner Program, providing a consistent, scalable framework for onboarding and enabling all partner types, including:

    ○ Technology & Integration Partners (product integrations and connectors)

    ○ Resellers (service providers monetizing via TapClicks solutions)

    ○ Referral Partners (partners driving leads and introductions)

    ○ Strategic Alliances (key platform and ecosystem partnerships like Snowflake,HubSpot, etc.)

● Continuously evolve the partner lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding toenablement, co-marketing, co-selling, and ongoing engagement.

● Develop standardized onboarding tools, partner resources, and program collateral toensure partners can easily understand, join, and launch their offerings via the Marketplace.


Partner Onboarding & Marketplace Enablement

● Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for all new partners, ensuring seamless activation across TapClicks’ website Marketplace, in-app Marketplace (Managed Data Sources), and GTM programs.

● Partner with Product to ensure all new integrations meet technical standards and are positioned correctly within the Marketplace.

● Partner with Marketing to ensure partner listings, content, pricing, and packages are effectively communicated to both partners and customers.

● Act as the primary point of contact for all partner onboarding workflows, ensuring smooth internal coordination across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration & GTM Alignment

● Partner closely with Sales and Sales Enablement to ensure partners are correctly positioned, sales teams understand partner offerings, and co-selling motions are supported.

● Collaborate with Marketing to develop partner campaigns, Marketplace promotions, and co-marketing opportunities.

● Work with Product and Engineering to ensure the Marketplace experience supports partner onboarding needs, including feature requests or process enhancements.

● Align with Customer Success to ensure any partners providing services directly to customers (resellers, strategic service partners) have the tools and training needed to deliver value.

 

Marketplace Management & Partner Monetization

● Own the strategy and process for publishing and maintaining all partner listings within the TapClicks website Marketplace and in-app Managed Data Sources Marketplace.

● Ensure partners understand the monetization opportunities within TapClicks and are fully enabled to drive revenue through both direct sales and co-selling opportunities.

● Track and report on partner performance, including lead generation, revenue contribution, and product adoption, working closely with Revenue Operations to provide clear visibility into partner impact.

● Continuously identify new monetization opportunities for partners within the TapClicks ecosystem, including bundled offerings, partner promotions, and joint solutions.

 

Partner Experience & Process Optimization

● Act as the voice of the partner within TapClicks, advocating for process improvements, product enhancements, and streamlined onboarding to ensure partners can launch and grow successfully.

● Develop and refine partner health metrics, satisfaction surveys, and other feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the partner experience.

● Document all partner processes, onboarding templates, and best practices into a centralized, accessible resource library to support both internal teams and partners directly.

 

Key Qualifications

Experience & Skills Required

● 8+ years experience in partnership management, partner programs, or ecosystem strategy, ideally in a MarTech, AdTech, SaaS platform, or Marketplace environment.

● Proven track record building and managing holistic partner programs, with experience working across technology, reseller, referral, and strategic partnerships.

● Experience onboarding partners into a Marketplace environment, including collaborating with Product and Marketing to manage listings, pricing, packages, and positioning.

● Strong ability to work cross-functionally, driving alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver a seamless partner experience.

● Demonstrated success enabling partners to monetize via direct and co-selling models, with clear revenue attribution and partner performance tracking.

● Excellent communication, relationship management, and program management skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership and external partners.

● Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and partner program tools for tracking, reporting, and optimization.

 

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience managing a Partner Marketplace within a SaaS platform.

● Familiarity with data connectors, APIs, and partner-driven product integrations.

● Experience driving international partner recruitment and enablement, especially in LATAM, APAC, and EMEA.

● Experience in a remote-first, highly collaborative environment.

● Time-to-market for new partners — ability to onboard and launch partners quickly anefficiently.

● Partner satisfaction and retention, including partner health scores and feedback.

● Partner-attributed revenue from Marketplace, co-selling, and partner-driven deals.

● Marketplace health, including number of active partners, listings, and partner-generated demand.

● Internal alignment and visibility, ensuring internal teams understand the Partner Program and how to leverage partner offerings effectively.
