Description

TapClicks is looking for a Product Analyst who is passionate about data, analytics, and product research. You are skilled, curious, and driven to find the right answers that will impact business decisions through analysis and formulation of critical insights. This role has high exposure within the company so you will be working at times with senior leaders within the company. Good communication skills are a key to delivering insights to the leadership team.

As a Product Analyst, you have a deep knowledge of the data analysis process, data analysis tools, and analytics best practices. You work quickly and confidently while delivering high-quality output. You have a significant understanding of our business and product to employ the right methods and data to answer questions in hand.

 

Why We Need You

 
  • You will own strategic analyses related to product strategy and roadmap and will be working directly with all Product leaders to ensure that we can answer meaty questions with data.
  • You will create KPI dashboards that will track the health of product lines and will be presented to the Executive leadership team.
  • You will work to answer questions about the nature of our accounts and what they value from our platform.
  • You will identify insightful metrics to track product engagement, feature adoption, and churn risk.
  • You will conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis for guiding pricing and packaging.
  • You will help with strategic planning and identify our organization's business needs.

 

 

Key Responsibilities
 

  • You will be reporting to the Director, Product Operations & Analytics, and will be an integral member of the larger Product team, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Development teams, and other stakeholders within the Company.
  • You will be working at times with senior leaders within the company, so you have good communication skills and can work cross-functionally.
  • You will do business case analysis & preparation to define product strategy.
  • You will work cross-functionally to deliver on projects that are strategic such as launch of products, M&A strategy, and more.

  • You are comfortable with a fast-paced work environment and fielding responsibilities spanning multiple projects at any given time.

 

Minimum Requirements
 

  • Bachelor's Degree in an analytical discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data / Business / Product Analyst or Consultant.
  • Deep familiarity with SQL, as well as some familiarity with Python.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools for strategic reporting and analytical exploration (Mode Analytics, Tableau, Looker, Periscope).
  • Experience with Segment.io, writing tracking specs, and integrating systems together.
 

Preferred Qualifications
 

  • Candidates should be proficient in SQL above all.
  • Familiar with Snowflake databases.
  • Having experience integrating different systems together is a huge plus. As well as familiarity with APIs as you will be responsible for writing the specs for our data engineers.
