About the role

NYC, Montreal Quebec, Toronto, CA Bay Area all OK - including remote in those areas. H1B Transfer OK - but not full sponsorship.

 

As a Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for owning the product development lifecycle for our Marketing Reporting and Analytics solution. Working directly with the product leadership team under the Director of Product, you will contribute to the vision of creating the world’s leading marketing reporting and analytics platform. This is a fast-paced role that comes with influence, autonomy & ownership over several features which reach hundreds of thousands of end users in the marketing technology space.

 

The ideal candidate is skilled at each stage of the product management process: ideation, validation, spec writing, UX/UI, engineering management and launch activities and would have experience in delivering B2B SaaS products and ideally within the MarTech or AdTech domains.

 

To be effective, the candidate will need to effectively communicate with customers, internal stakeholders and executives. They should also have project management skills to lead the entire process.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Play a key role on the product team
  • Develop and think through user flows
  • Collaborate with product, design & engineering teams
  • Lead customer feedback sessions
  • Backlog grooming
  • Roadmap feature prioritization
  • Consider business cases and revenue impacts of features
  • Review product analytics to understand feature impacts

 

What you bring to the role

  • Ability to proactively take ownership of delivering solutions
  • Collaborate with and influence product, design & engineering teams
  • Ability to build empathy with users to create meaningful experiences
  • An understanding of how to combine product analytics, usage data, and user feedback to guide design decisions
  • Experience working on enterprise, B2B, marketing, analytics a plus
 

KPIs FOR THIS ROLE

  • Complete product specifications
  • Hit target dates for releases
  • Support sales and marketing to enable product marketing/feature adoption
  • Host and document customer feedback sessions
  • Review, categorize and prioritize customer feature requests
 

Technical Competencies

  • Experience with Agile software developments framework and architecture a plus
  • Experience with Product Analytics tools: Segment, Heap, Pendo, Mixpanel, Amplitude, SQL, Excel, etc.
  • Experience with Product Management Tools: Jira, Productboard, Aha, Zenhub, etc.

 

Non-Technical Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communicator
  • Comfortable speaking to customers and internal stakeholders alike
  • Ability to proactively take ownership of and delivering solutions
  • Collaborate with and influence engineering
  • Ability to build empathy with users to generate feature ideas

Other Requirements

  • Experience with analytics, reporting, data visualizations, etc. a huge plus
  • Digital marketing agency background and experience preferred
  • Prior experience as a Product Owner / Manager preferred
