You know how to launch fast, test smart, and win big.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and execute high-velocity growth experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue
• Identify and scale untapped channels—from paid and outbound to SEO, partnerships, and PLG
• Build growth loops and conversion funnels that accelerate every stage of the customer journey
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, and revops to align strategy and amplify impact
• Own growth metrics and continuously optimize for performance through rapid testing
• Spot trends, analyze results, pivot quickly, and double down when you find a winner

What you bring

• 3+ years in growth, demand gen, or performance marketing at a high-growth SaaS company
• Deep understanding of SaaS KPIs like CAC, LTV, activation rate, and churn
• Mastery of growth tools (HubSpot, GA4, Webflow, Mixpanel, LinkedIn Ads, Zapier, etc.)
• A/B testing pro with a bias for action—you don’t wait for permission to test bold ideas
• Creative thinker and clear communicator—you can sell the vision and ship the work.
