The Role:
The Implementation lead will lead client onboarding and implementation projects for TapClicks Enterprise customers delivering high-quality customer experience and engaging appropriate cross-functional resources to deliver the solution. This role will require strong project management skills along with a business analysis background and technical acumen.


 

Implementation Lead

· Leads implementation projects for our platform on behalf of TapClicks clients and their clients

· Develops and manages project plans, ensuring implementation projects deliver on schedule and budget

· Evaluates client needs, documents workflows, and business requirements

· Directs an associate or contractor in best practices for documenting business requirements

· Develops configurations that support business processes, plans and executes delivery and implementation plans, and tests and troubleshoots final system setups.

· Provides training and end-user support during and after the implementation process. May be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations or provide assistance in scoping projects and/or developing proposals.

Experience you’ll need to be successful:

  • Ideal candidate:
    • Experience in Digital Marketing Operations or Advertising Operations
    • Experience with any: Tableau, ServiceNow, AgencyAnayltics, Adverity, Monday.com
  • Tools:
    • Platform/Tools Expertise – ERP experience implementing, configuring, or managing operational tasks. Experience with Salesforce and Jira is beneficial as well as web technologies, system integration, API, concepts, and system interoperability.
    • Tech Savvy – Quickly catching onto new tech and systems, juggling the customer's needs and TapClicks’s products and services.
    • Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets
    • Understanding of programming and logic concepts
  • Bottom Line Requirements:
    • Strong presentation, project management, and problem-solving skills are required
    • Requires a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience leading Enterprise Implementation projects
    • PMP certification is a plus
