About the Role

As Product Manager over Strategic Connectors, you will be responsible for ensuring quality of critical integrations for our customers. You will be seen as subject matter expert in regards to these integrations including Google Products (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, Display & Video 360, etc.), Facebook Products, Amazon Products, Simpli.fi, and The Trade Desk. This role will require you to own the roadmap for each of these integrations so that the TapClicks offering is best-in-class.

This is a fast-paced role that comes with influence, autonomy, and the opportunity to be a core contributing member of the organization. You will be working directly with internal teams, key data partners, and major VIP customers.

The ideal candidate is skilled with identifying pain points and providing strategies to resolve those pain points. The candidate must be clear in defining requirements, comfortable with technical discussions and technical documentation, and able to keep track of multiple projects simultaneously.

To be effective, the candidate will need to effectively communicate with customers, internal stakeholders and executives. They should also have project management skills to lead the entire process.

· Experience working directly with strategic integration partners is a major plus (Google, Facebook, Amazon, Simpli.fi, and The Trade Desk products)

 

Job Responsibilities

· Play a critical role on the product team

· Act as subject matter expert for internal / external teams in regards to strategic integrations

· Communicate directly with customers to understand their needs and pain points

· Work closely with Engineering and Support to mitigate customer bug reports

· Propose strategies to make improvements on the quality of our strategic integrations

· Present regular project updates to the executive team and customer facing teams

· Maintain inbound client requests

· Draft requirements & specification documents

· Maintain internal documentation

 

KPI’s for this role

· Decrease number of bug tickets reports for strategic integrations

· Decrease the number of feature enhancement requests for strategic integrations

· Review inbound requests in a timely manner

· Respond to cross-department inquiries in a timely manner

· Deliver collateral to requesting departments

 

Technical Competencies

· Experience with Product Mgmt Tools: Jira, Productboard, etc

· Experience working within the Strategic Products is preferred

· Experience working with API Documentation is preferred (although working directly with APIs is not required)

· Experience building integrations to strategic integrations is a huge plus

· Experience with analytics, reporting, data visualizations, etc. a huge plus

· Excellent verbal and written communicator

· Comfortable speaking to customers and internal stakeholders alike

· Ability to proactively take ownership of and delivering solutions

· Collaborate with and influence engineering

· Ability to build empathy with users to generate feature ideas

Other Requirements

· Prior experience as a Business Analyst / Product Manager required (3+ yrs)
