Summary:
We are seeking a senior-level IT Specialist for Hyderabad (India) location, who will be working closely with various departments in India and North America to support them in managing the IT resources and processes
You will be expected to be internally motivated and use the best practices to support world-class product environment.

Position Responsibilities:
 
  • Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners

  • Keep track and manage of all IT assets

  • Document and train employees on IT software and processes

  • Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests

  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks

  • Provision and de-provision employee accounts across multiple applications

  • Test new technology and offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes within the IT department

  • Develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve employee satisfaction

  • Protect customer data from outside infiltration through encryption, secure data storage and other necessary means

  • Unify IT processes across the organization

  • IT hardware and software procurement (find best solution providers, negotiate price, regular review of solutions, etc.)



Position Requirements:
 
  • Minimum 3 years of IT experience supporting Product/SaaS development environments in multi-national product based companies.

  • Effective communication skills(especially with US teams), including speaking, writing and active listening

  • Expertise in Linux, Windows, IT operations & Support with hands on cloud storage, IT infrastructure.  Familiarity with coding/scripting & Fair understanding of Devops 
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

  • Keen attention to detail

  • Good organization, time management and prioritization

  • Efficient troubleshooting abilities

  • Great customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Critical thinker with a passion for IT and service excellence.
  • Ability to multitask and handle various projects, deadlines and changing priorities.

  • Good communication skills and capacity/willingness to work in a multi-teams environment.

  • Strong motivation to learn, teach and grow.

    Nice to have..

  • Degree in computer science or related field is preferable.

  • Experience working with solutions such as G-Suite, Jira, Confluence, Slack.

  • Experience installing, configuring and maintaining various enterprise IT/Data/Security monitoring/management tools.

  • Professional certification (e.g. CompTIA A+, CCNA, CISSP).

  • Hands-on Experience with Cloud infrastructure

  • Knowledge of monitoring processes and tools.
