JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform a variety of day-to-day transactions, including accounts payable, credit card, deposits, reconciliations, reporting, and assistance with monthly and year-end close processes.
  • Prepare month-end accruals and reconciliations for various accounts
  • Prepare monthly reporting schedules, providing commentary and variance analysis
  • Manage accounts receivable and posting payments
  • Prepare sales to cash reconciliations
  • Support the payroll process including tax payments
  • Review and process reimbursements
  • Prepare spend analysis across various accounts
  • Assist with financial and tax audits
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of accounting experience
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls
  • Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and ability to multitask
  • Ability to solve problems and conflicts in a tactical manner
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
  • Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite and Expensify a plus
  • Strong Excel skills
  • High level of honesty, integrity, commitment, and responsibility to day to day work
  • Highly motivated and able to thrive under pressure and can deliver to deadlines
  • Team player, with a positive attitude, who is pro-active and owns accountability
  • Shares company values and vision and is excited by the challenge of working in a dynamic environment
