Our partners and customers are a prime source of leads for us. They have the direct connections to all of the businesses we want to be in. Our referral partner manager will be the key point of contact with these partners to help draw out more leads, share more leads and deepen those relationships. It is a high-touch, high-energy position that will stay "top of mind" with our partners.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Referral Partner Onboarding
  • Referral Partner Go-to-Market Activities
  • Referral Partner Training Sessions
  • Quarterly Business Reviews with Partners
  • Execution of payouts for Referral Programs to Partners

KPIs FOR THIS ROLE

  • Number of QBR's with Partners
  • Number of Leads from Referral Partners
  • Number of Leads Referred to Partners
  • Revenue Referred from Partners
  • Number of Go-to-Market Activities with Partners (Webinars, Lunch-and-Learns, Events)

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promote the company's relationship by providing thought leadership and consultation on aligning our customers business needs to our products, solutions and services
  • Develop a critical understanding of the industry and each partner's demographic to maximize performance.
  • Effectively disseminate and communicate complex partnership decisions and actions throughout the organization
  • Conduct periodic reviews, training, and insights with partners to ensure cross collaboration and communications.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

  • A least 3-5 Years in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development in SaaS or AdTech.
  • Ability to manage a book of 50+ Partners at once.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight or other similar CRM tool.
  • DSP Experience.
  • (Preferred) Strategic marketing or digital solution experience in account management/client services

NON-TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

  • Are proactive, genuinely curious, and detail oriented
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively direct operations in order to maximize revenues and profits
  • Healthy negotiation skills and business acumen
  • Comfortable and capable of giving public presentations, to individuals and teams
  • (Preferred) Experience at Industry Events, Networking
