Responsibilities

  • Manage and facilitate content strategy and creation across media channels to expand our digital presence, and facilitate the acquisition and activation of customers
  • Regularly interview internal teams in order to produce content for various print and digital properties
  • Outline, research and compose a variety of engaging content, including website content, blogs, infographics, webinars, videos, articles, sell sheets, technical documentation, press releases and white papers
  • Develop and manage an editorial content calendar, adhering to production schedules and deadlines
  • Establish best-in-class buyer centric storytelling that delivers the right content in the right formats
  • Manage, develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for all TapClicks social medial platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Coordinate webinar hosting, including, but not limited to, material preparation and set-up, planning and communication with colleagues and participants, and webinar follow-up (whitespace webinar program as well as existing customer monthly trainings)
  • Create, manage and implement press releases and public relations initiatives with the goal of strengthening TapClick's position as an industry leader.
 

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Creative Writing, English, Communication, Journalism, Marketing or related fields required
  • 2-5 years of demonstrated copywriting/content experience in marketing, advertising, direct marketing or publishing required
  • SalesForce & Hubspot understanding
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills required
  • Ability to re-purpose content created for various different formats
  • Ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines
  • Past experience building an audience online
  • Writing sample/portfolio are required
  • Clear, fluent English language skills (speaking, reading and writing)
  • Knowledge of WordPress a plus
  • Strong work ethic and passion to excel.
  • Works great both in a team and independently
  • Easily adapt and shift priorities
