The Role:

The Solution Engineer will be responsible for growing and retaining existing TapClicks customers by delivering impactful solutions leveraging the TapClicks platform capabilities to address key client objectives. This role will require strong technical project management and communication skills along with advanced problem solving background and technical acumen.
 

What you get to do:

 

· Serve as subject matter expert pertaining to the full spectrum of the TapClicks Platform as a solution.

· Document client business and technical requirements including key objectives, data inputs/outputs, data mapping, reporting, rule logic and order workflow processes.

· Own the technology roadmap for each client account identifying initiatives to address key client objectives and ensure client adoption of TapClicks products.

· Participate and assist in supporting our Onboarding/Implementation for new customer setup in relation to advanced client data integration, reporting and order workflow processes.

· Solve unique business problems through TapClicks’ technologies and coordinate delivery of projects by project managing internal resources to deliver solutions through to completion.

· Manage client technical change requests post launch of TapClicks products

· Advocate internally for customers to advance product enhancements pertaining to evolving customer needs.

 

Experience you’ll need to be successful:

 

Bachelor’s Degree in a technical related field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Management Information Systems.

5+ years technology experience in Digital Advertising such as display, search, affiliate, social, mobile and/or email.

Experience leading Enterprise level client technology engagements from sales through launch to post launch support.

Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

Advanced Problem solving, systems integration and technical project management skills required.

Data integration experience in managing large data sets and relational data modeling using SQL and ETL.
