The Role:


The Data Solution Consultant/Engineer Manager will report directly to C-Suite and be responsible for leading a team to supporting TapClicks customers by delivering high quality data solutions with existing TapClicks platform capabilities, develop custom solutioning outside of TapClicks out-of-box toolsets through ETL or ELT process, maintain business relationship, and engaging appropriate cross-functional resources to deliver on impactful solutions for their book of business. This role will require strong leadership and communication skills along with advanced problem solving background and technical acumen with data/systems integration.

  • Goal setting, Design operational workflows, performance management, skill development, and manage staffing of the data and analytics functions at scale
  • Track, monitor and analyze data solutions projects to ensure project deliverables and SLAs
  • Understand each customer’s strategic objectives and priorities to design and support a proper data architecture that scales.
  • Advocate internally for customers to advance product enhancements pertaining to evolving customer needs/requirements.
  • Serve as subject matter expert pertaining to the full spectrum of the TapClicks Platform as a solution
  • Participate and assist in supporting crossfuntional teams for new customer setup in relation to advanced data system integration.
  • Solve unique business problems through TapClicks’ technologies and coordinate delivery of projects.
  • Using extensive technical knowledge to design software systems to supplement TapClicks for customers
  • Promoting the use of data insights and analytics to enrich business decision-making and key business initiatives
  • Guiding data infrastructure development and deployment to accelerate data infrastructure, data management, and reporting
  • Reviewing presentations, manuscripts, graphs, and tables to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Maintaining data management plans and instructions for operating complex business systems
  • Ensuring data and information security by integrating and upholding digital security systems
  • Collaborating in data literacy efforts to create a data culture
  • Serving as a strategic thought partner to guide business decisions and provide input to data strategies and metrics
  • Curating data maturity through innovation and enterprise partnerships
  • Piloting ways to leverage emerging and disruptive capabilities including machine learning, deep learning, artificial intelligence, internet of things, big data technologies, and digital enablement
  • Blending creativity, relentless problem-solving, business acumen, and orchestration to influence innovation progress across the enterprise

 

 

Experience you’ll need to be successful:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required
  • Advanced Problem solving skills required
  • 5-7 years of Management experience within a Customer Success or Client Services Organization.
  • Background in Digital Marketing or Advertising Operations
  • Proven record of project management and System Integration experience
  • Computer Science Degree or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of System Integrations consulting experience
  • 2-3 years of Database Design/Warehousing/Solutioning experience
  • Working Proficiency in Queries, Scripts, & Data Modeling
    • mySQL, SQL, Google BigQuery, VBA,VueJS, PHP
  • Desired requirement:
  • MS in Computer Science
  • Experience with Pentaho or related platforms
  • Experience in Supporting SaaS offering
  • Experience leading Enterprise level client engagements
