Description
Executive Assistant:

This position is responsible for organizing and coordinating office activities and procedures to maximize operational effectiveness and efficiency. We are looking for a person with a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to multitask. The day-to-day duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

* Coordinate meeting schedules and spaces for in-person and virtual meetings.
* Attend meetings and take detailed meeting minutes to document general discussions and assigned actions.
* Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other communications.
* Coordinate and create presentations using Google Slides, PowerPoint, and other presentation platforms.
* Organize and maintain electronic and paper files.
* General office tasks such as email management.
* Book and arrange travel, transport, and accommodations.



Requirements:
* Great communication skills.
* Highly organized
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to self-manage.
* Must have proficiency with software, hardware, and cloud-based platforms.
* Ability to perform effectively under pressure and to practice strong organizational skills when handling competing priorities and tight deadlines.
* Skill in designing, Accounting or Project Management is a plus.
