About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized Product Manager to help drive product execution, manage priorities, support stakeholders, and ensure product work moves forward with clarity and accountability.

This role will work closely with engineering, support, partnerships, client-facing teams, vendors, and leadership to translate business needs into clear requirements and deliver meaningful product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in recurring product meetings, scrums, and planning sessions.
  • Manage product-related email threads with clients, vendors, partners, and internal teams.
  • Support partnership requests, follow-ups, and product-related tasks.
  • Manage RTR meetings, including agenda topics, follow-ups, decisions, and next steps.
  • Support escalations by clarifying product needs, coordinating stakeholders, and tracking resolution.
  • Write clear product specs, user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support requirements for stored connectors, net-new connectors, connector enhancements, SmartConnector functionality, DLS, MDS, LMS, auto-assignment rules, icons, and other product enhancements.
  • Manage Jira tickets, backlog items, product priorities, and status updates.
  • Maintain PB Insight items and help organize product requests and feedback.
  • Track time management, OKR updates, AI product initiatives, and release note updates.
  • Communicate product updates, timelines, blockers, and decisions clearly across teams.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, product operations, technical project management, or a related SaaS role.
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong ability to write clear product requirements, specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience working with engineering teams in Agile or scrum environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira or similar tools.
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with clients, vendors, partners, support, engineering, and leadership.
  • Comfortable translating technical and business needs into actionable product work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with marketing technology, reporting platforms, data connectors, APIs, analytics, or workflow tools.
  • Experience supporting client escalations, release notes, OKRs, or AI-related product initiatives.
