Description
We are looking for a highly motivated, problem solver and goal driven professional to join our Sales Team as a Business Development Representative. You see the client’s ROI as your mission.

As a business development representative, you will: 

  • Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects
  • Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
  • Determine the prospect's interest in [product/service]
  • Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives and prospects
  • Achieve predetermined goals as mutually determined with your manager


Required qualifications:

  • Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
  • Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
  • Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures
  • Interest in advertising, marketing, sales and SaaS
  • At least one year of professional experience
  • Undergraduate degree preferred


Desired qualifications:

  • Experience reaching or exceeding quotas
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, SalesLoft and similar CRM and sales enablement tools
  • Understanding of advertising and marketing ecosystem a plus
