About the Role
As a Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for owning the product development lifecycle for a critical portion of the TapClicks product. The Core team manages the underlying platform that enables the entire TapClicks product suite. This includes the platform authentication, user management, overall navigation, sign up flows, billing systems, and more. Your work will contribute to the vision of creating the world’s leading marketing reporting and analytics platform. This is a fast-paced role that comes with influence, autonomy & ownership over several features which reach thousands of users in the marketing technology space.

The ideal candidate is skilled at each stage of the product management process: ideation, validation, spec writing, UX/UI, engineering management and launch activities and would have experience in delivering B2B SaaS products and ideally within the MarTech or AdTech domains. To be effective, the candidate will need to effectively communicate with customers, internal stakeholders and executives. They should also have project management skills to lead the entire process.

Job Responsibilities
•    Deeply understand and contribute to the TapClicks product and strategy
•    Review and triage inbound feature requests and bugs
•    Draft requirements & specification documents
•    Communicate directly with customers to gather requirements
•    Maintain a prioritized roadmap
•    Collaborate with Engineering to develop, plan, and execute features
•    Work with Marketing to promote released features
•    Communicate plans to internal stakeholders
•    Present in various meetings on behalf of the Core team
•    Maintain internal documentation
•    Act as subject matter expert for internal / external teams

KPI’s for this role
•    Get high usage and retention rates of the features you choose to develop
•    Complete product activities and specifications on time
•    Review and process inbound requests in a timely manner
•    Respond to cross-department inquiries in a timely manner
•    Deliver collateral and presentations to requesting departments

Technical Competencies
•    Experience with Agile software development frameworks and architecture a plus
•    Experience with Product Analytics tools: Segment, Heap, Pendo, Mixpanel, Amplitude, SQL, etc.
•    Sheets, Excel, etc.
•    Experience with Product Mgmt Tools: Jira, Aha, Zenhub, etc

Non-Technical Competencies
•    Excellent verbal and written communicator
•    Comfortable speaking to customers and internal stakeholders alike
•    Ability to proactively take ownership of and delivering solutions
•    Collaborate with and influence engineeringAbility to build empathy with users to generate feature ideas
•    Organized planner

Other Requirements
•    Must have 4+ years Product Management experience preferably digital marketing background is a plus
•    Product experience managing a SaaS product a plus
•    Experience with analytics, reporting, data visualizations, etc. platforms a huge plus
