UI/UX Designer

Job Description:

TapClicks is one of the leading companies in the digital marketing technology ecosystem. We are hiring a talented UI/UX Designer professional to join our team and deliver easy-to-use products for our customers.

The UI/UX Designer is responsible for leading the design efforts across our product portfolio, ensuring our core platform is intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing. The candidate will carry out design and implementation with our product and engineering development teams in an Agile environment.

We strongly believe in utilizing data-driven insights to guide our design decisions and enhance our products continuously, and you will play a pivotal role in this process.

Responsibilities:

• Identify UX design needs for the company’s existing and new products
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to produce high quality mockups to support visioning and development of comprehensive and stylistically compelling user experiences.
• Produce high-quality UX designs using wireframes, flow diagrams, graphic and visual design, sitemaps, prototypes, and storyboards to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Responsible for designing UI elements, such as search boxes, navigation menus, widgets, and all style guidelines for the company’s platform solutions using various UI/UX tools.
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on conducting user feedback sessions
• Establish and promote design and typography style guidelines, best practices and standards

Requirements and Skills:

• Portfolio of design projects and/or proven experience across multi faceted products with a variety of components
• Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
• Familiar with usability testing, prototyping and design paradigms for online software (not websites)
• Knowledge of wireframe tools, Figma, InVision, Balsamiq
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders, including working with distributed teams
• 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX design
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, computer science, or a related field
